Welcome to our CrossFit Outdoor Class, where we bring the excitement and challenge of CrossFit to the open air. This invigorating class blends the core principles of functional fitness with a variety of workouts, strength training, and gymnastic exercises. Whether you’re training under the sun or seeking shelter during rain, our outdoor space provides a unique fitness environment.
Whether you’re flying solo or working out with a friend, this class is your ticket to a refreshing fitness journey.
Welcome to the CrossFit Powerlifting Class, where strength and technique meet to unlock your true lifting potential. Our Powerlifting Class focuses on developing and improving strength in the three primary powerlifting movements: squat, (bench) press, and deadlift.
Whether you’re new to lifting or an experienced athlete, our Powerlifting Class will help you to achieve your strength goals.
CrossFit as an intensive sport demands a lot from the body. The movements require the body to perform at its best. It is all the more important to create a balance between intense positive stress and conscious relaxation. In yoga, important prerequisites relating to the “mindset” and overall mobility can be worked out, which improves the performance of every athlete. Through yoga, the athletes create a balance between tension and relaxation.
The snatch and clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance to training and are indispensable to CrossFit programming and developing a well-rounded athlete. The focus is on perfecting technique and positioning and not necessarily about the weight of your lift.
Beginners will focus on proper positions before adding weight and speed. Intermediate to advanced lifters will focus on speed and refinement of technique.
The Class is completely focused on developing the skills, mobility, and strengths used for the typical CrossFit Gymnastics movements. To perform these, you’ll require a perfect balance of mobility and strength in your muscles and joints. Gymnastics is all about controlling your body in space and gaining the strength to find perfect balance while executing movements and techniques.
All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements. These movements reflect elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and endurance to increase overall fitness and athletic performance. Considering life’s core movements, CrossFit develops fitness, strength, and skill through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
